Location and room size.

Wood floors were old, scratched, and warped. Wifi always had a weak signal, and basically worthless. No elevator for disabled people.

"I didn’t even stay and still I got charged."

Nothing

The room was dirty. My money was never refunded. The front desk person put a note not to give me a reservation anymore because I didn’t want to stay in a room were the ac didn’t work.
