The location was great—it’s definitely close to the old town center. I liked the room; it was clean, not too big but very comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

This little homestay felt like a home away from home. It’s simple, cozy, and filled with warmth. The host was incredibly kind, and every small detail made me feel cared for. We didn’t just stay here — we felt truly welcomed. It’s perfectly located near the Old Town, right in the center, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We will definitely come back

"Mit viel Liebe geführtes kleines Hotel in ruhiger Lage aber sehr zentral zur Altstadt von Hoi An."

Die Unterkunft liegt nur 5-10 Minuten Fußweg zur Altstadt von Hoi An entfernt. Trotzdem liegt sie sehr ruhig in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Das Zimmer war neu renoviert und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Tolles Personal, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten und kann Lavila Homestay nur weiter empfehlen.

Mi è piaciuto solo il fatto che era vicino al centro.

La camera non corrisponde alle foto. Il bagno si allaga e non c'è una finestra. Lenzuola sporche e bucate. Asciugamani pochissimi e non ti danno nemmeno quello per il bagno, insomma... No!

"It was a pleasure able stay despite the flood."

The hotel was centrally located & almost every thing can be easily accessed .The host ( Thuye)was very pleasant helpful & professional. With the water level rising & us getting angsty, she was a calming force with her sound advise, constant presence & help in securing the boats we needed.

With the rising water, we had to check out early. There were still places we haven’t seen, foods not eaten & activities left undone.
