The actual flat is fairly close to the centre

The property is at a different address than the one advertised, which is the address of the offices. The flat is in a sketchy road with a gigantic abandoned building in front which at night looked very spooky, and close to a commercial park that closes at night. To be fair, it is quite close to the city centre (20 minutes walking) but I would have definitely not booked it if I knew the correct location, especially if I were travelling alone. I thought I was booking a flat in Little Germany, a hip neighbourhood in the centre, not in the outskirts of the city next to a main road and an abandoned building. I tried to raise the issue with the person who handed us the key but they just very rudely told us that we were welcome to cancel our reservation and that they have 100 flats and nobody complains. I think they really should make it very clear in the description that the real address is given afterwards and that it doesn't match the one of the Booking website. The property itself was very dirty with a gigantic coffee splash stain next to the bed.

Ower did not turn up to let me into apartment Gave me run around to go to another apartment. Wasted 3 hours getting owners runaround tried telling booking. Com I did not turn up booking. Com refunded me. Owner just gave abuse to booking. com agent saying I did not turn up. BEST not to book apartment on website it always says last one no matter when you book and when you arrive try get you to go to a flee bag apartment in BD1 4QG but will not give you addresses only post code asked him to come to street level he just refused to meet me. Read others reviews. Apartment showen on booking. Com is not apartment he will try put you again . So AGAIN DO NOT BOOK THESE APARTMENTS. BOOKING 16TH TO 18TH APRIL. Michael Nesbitt

During my journey to Bradford I had a phone call to say I'd been moved apartments when I got to the new location there was no parking I was made to wait outside the appartment while someone cleaned it when myself an my daughter got in it was tiny 1 room with 2 beds pushed together dirty bathroom broken tv An a kitchen with someone else's food in. Had no sleep due to being next to a nightclub an was offered a 40.00 refund for the downgrade! I got a ticket due to no parking when I did find parking behind the property it was heaving with rats. We didn't use the shower due to no towels an the fact it was filthy the light didn't work in the hall over all very disappointed
