The property and location was amazing

You need to have good maintenance person. We had lights failures, water failures and cooking gas finished, AC wasn’t working on 1 bedroom. We called Maintenace Person Lutero that number was written there, but he didn’t come or sort it out nothing. Ms Ivone helped us, but water and cooking gas I had to manage by my self, changing and always switching the pump.

Location was fantastic. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Rooms and the beds were very comfortable and clean.

Few maintenance issues should have been addressed before our arrival. Pool wasn't cleaned, perimiter lights were not working, cables were burnt.
