Die zentrale Lage ist Klasse. Und Parkplatz-Probleme gibt es auch nicht. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze im Parkhaus der Mall.

Alles in allem war die Unterkunft dann doch ganz schön teuer.

Lovely hotel in all but one aspect. Great location, quiet comfortable rooms, great breakfast

The evening meal offering is poor for such a hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and in that time walked extensively around Utrecht, Amsterdam and Gouda. On a couple of days we were tired and wanted an easy meal at the hotel. Unfortunately the menu is extremely limited and the service didnt even reach snail's pace, although the food when it arrived was very good. I think it would be better if they reworked the breakfast and dinner areas and put on a proper dinner offering.

Not much to dislike. maybe a fridge in the room would have been good.

zeer vriendelijk personeel van onthaal tot keukenpersoneel zeer behulpzaam en spontaan. super ligging. Zeker als je met de trein komt. Ligt zo ongeveer boven op het station, maar je hoort niets van dit station. aan de andere kant van het hotel zit je direct in het historisch centrum van Utrecht. Beter kan niet.

's nachts naar het hotel gebeld, doch enkel Engelstalige aan de lijn die geen Nederlands verstond.

Location is excellent. The facilities are good and the room was comfortable and clean.

Toller Aufenthalt! Wir waren begeistert. Das Hotel punktet mit einer super Lage, die den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing und Shopping bietet. Ein großes Lob an die sehr hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter, die den Service perfekt abgerundet haben. Highlights waren die Größe der Zimmer, das bequeme Bett und das sehr leckere Frühstück – absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
