The hotel is beautiful and the staff goes out of the way to serve you and make you feel like the most important guest they have. Lulu and Jotaluz are the best!

This hotel is a gem! I am so glad we decided to stay here for our couples trip. The property is just beautiful, dreamy, and well kept. They even have several peacocks that roam around the hotel and would visit us in the morning on our terrace. The entire staff is incredible and felt like family. When we left, I was very sad to leave them behind. They are courteous, hospitable, accommodating, fun, and kind. The location of the property is great. It’s quiet, across from a beautiful park, and an easy walk or drive to most places. The breakfast and drinks were delicious. We had a in room couples massage and it was perfection. There were some plumbing issues but they were quickly resolved. I highly recommend this wonderful place!

Everything about this place felt luxurious. The staff was incrediblyyyyy helpful, the grounds were breathtaking. If you're looking at other hotels and want the best, this is it. We lounged on our terrace and at the pool and it was in the perfect location. Felt like a dream.

I booked this hotel for a one night stay and thought it was beautiful. From the skylight in my room to the tile in the bathroom, I found the hotel to be beautiful. As others noted, the room I was in did not have a tv, but I didn't need one since I was only there for a night. I booked through my credit card travel portal and saw a note that the hotel didn't allow check-ins after 8:30. I got in touch with the hotel and they were able to accommodate my 11pm arrival, which I was so grateful for. The grounds of the hotel are amazing, especially the courtyard and the grounds near the pool. It is off the beaten path, but next to a gorgeous park. The staff were fabulous: Lulu and Jorge at the front desk were fabulous and helped me troubleshoot an issue I had, and the person who helped me with my bags went above and beyond. Had the hotel been the only thing I saw in SMA, I would have been happy.
