大浴場は良かった スタッフも親切で対応が早かった。 朝食もバイキングで無く良かった

Staff fantastic, as always in Japan. Hotel 5mins walk from Hiroshima Station with lifts and escalators to JR and Shinkansen lines, buses etc. Close to Lawsons and 7-11. Plenty of restaurants in area for all budgets.

As seems to be the norm in Japan, beds and pillows very hard by European standards. Base bed sheet to small for the bed so slips and you sleep on exposed mattress. But having said all that, we would happily stay there again.
