Perfect Location! It was steps from the beach - it took less time to go to beach than it would have waiting on your 8th floor elevator for condo on the beach . Loved the space for our family- gave enough space for each of us to have some downtime if needed. Loved the care packages for the kitchen and bathrooms. Washer and dryer were quite handy to get us through the week. Lots of utensils and kitchen ware- but could use bigger skillets and sauce pans.

Ceramic tile flooring had grout missing in multiple spots- made floor creak and made me worried they were going to crack. Toilet seat in upstairs bathroom had a yellow stain on it. Baseboards were very dusty. Windows were dirty. Entry door was disgusting dirty with lots of cob webs in corners. The walls could use a good wall cleaning on painted surfaces- lots of wall smudges. Skillets for cooking could have been bigger ( current size is good for two people but not for a family of 4) and they are well used with the non stick peeling the off in spots. Also would have been a nice perk to have a beach wagon and chairs included
