This was the perfect location for the Cardi B concert, walking distance to the United Center. The hotel was clean, the staff was great and our room was nice and comfortable .

Can't complain at this time.

"Great location, incredible staff."

The staff are incredible, hardworking and very accommodating. The location is perfect for United Center events, and it’s only a short taxi, Lyft or Uber ride to most locations in the city.

The mattress in my room was saggy in the middle. I did not rest well. It would be nice if the bar stayed open later than 10 pm on weekends. Overnight parking is pricey.
