manager was very polite and took care of any problems quickly.

It took 3 times of going to the office to get a key that worked. And that was only because they switched me rooms. The room wasn't very clean.

They had cockroaches and tried to blame me.

Check in was simple but that was the best part of the stay. The room was dirty, and while it had a basic kitchenette unless you bring everything with you, you are unable to use it. Per the photos it looked like the cabinets would have plates and cups basic utensils. The refrigerator had a rusty razor blade on the top of it and was missing a foot. The floors were dirty enough to turn your feet black if walking barefoot, there was stuff on the walls that was dried (feces? Blood?) the bathroom was probably the worst in cleanliness there was small splatters of poop on the wall, and other smudges of things on the wall as well and the toilet on the outside was also unclean. The room booked was a non-smoking room yet smelled like smoke. The beds are very firm but the pillows have only about a quarter of the stuff they should and don’t really serve their purpose.

I booked a room for non-smoking and was put in a smoking room. Absolutely disgusting

Everything was within reach and very friendly staff.

The bedding was old full of cigarette burn holes. There was a small shower with no tub. The water temp was not adjustable, whatever came out was what i had to shower with. There two light fixtures beside the bed and one of them was missing the bulb. There were no towels, no soap or any other courtesy toiletries. I tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room had no cord connecting it to the phone jack. I had to walk down from the 2nd floor to request towels. After about an hour, the manager showed up with an extremely thin hand towel and a mismatched washcloth and said that was all he could find but if i saw the cleaning woman i could ask her for another one. There was no coffee maker or coffee/tea in the room. Most hotels provide this as a minimum service. The microwave was missing one leg and wobbled when i tried to use it...not to mention that it had dried food stuffs in it which i had to clean out. On my second night stay so eone tried to enter my room and if it had not been for the safety chain on the door he would have been successful. I still do not understan how he could open the door with the deadbolt in place unless he had a key card and when I told management about the incident they said it was not possible, yet it happened. At night there were young children running and yelling back and forth across the deckway as late as 1:00am. This happened everynight during the week and on the weekend nights there were several male adults drinking and talking loudly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and worked wonderful for me being handicap. Location was very good and it was quiet.

A lot of roaches

I ended up booking this last minute. My family and I were on a road trip and needed rest. I ultimately booked this since it said pet fee was $10, but when I got there they informed me it was $20. I offered to show them where I found that price and they did not care. Also I called to ask what the deposit on a room was beforehand and a women informed me that there was no deposit. Well when I got there I was told that the deposit is $50 cash. Pretty annoying experience and I guess you get what you pay for…
