Aroma House

It is a comfortable drive to Auckland airport. At first glace, appears spotlessly clean (but it is not quite).

It is really only a place you'd stay in 1 night to break up the journey towards somewhere else. Laundry facilities at an extra cost. The unit we stayed in had very limited cooking facilities.

The owners personally met us and welcomed us t the site and provided our keys.

I could not fault any part of the facilities or setting.

Bed was on the firm side but still OK

I LOVED everything about this location I felt I was in a resort small and simple. Love the atmosphere of the water fountain they had as you enter. The room was perfect especially since my 17 year old daughter's bday was perfect. My teenage girls had their own bed , the bed was so comfortable I forgot I was on vacation I didn't want to leave the room honestly. The shower I don't know what filter they had if any but I felt I was being moisturized by the water my alone felt so nice and smooth. The kitchen was perfect, I love the patio which we enjoyed sitting out and just feeling the nice breeze while rocking on the chair they had.staff was so nice and sweet and very helpful with my needs during my stay.

Okay I don't know how the mosquito gets in the room but that was my only issue. I wish there was a way to keep them out, especially when you shower you have to kinda have to open the window in order to let the air out the bathroom but mosquitoes will come in one way or another. It wasn't bad but it got us.

Everything, so fresh and clean.

The double bed was firm and I prefer soft mattresses.
