The room was Clean & Staff very friendly

Parking Bays ,Way Too Small for My Car and the Drive in very uncomfortable Aircon not Functioning Disappointed with n o Breakfast of which is reflected on the Company Portal and very uncomfortable that I had to drive out looking for something to eat

Please introduce smart TV to your rooms, I’m not if it was my room only that had the old TV or the entire rooms. Noice levels should be down even during the day? Come on guys! During daylight? Aw. Access to your facility is limited, even if you’ve booked in your accommodation. Like we have to ring the bell and wait for 5-10mins before you open for us. I don’t know but you can do better, have someone who’s always at the ground floor 24/7.
