rooms spacious and all bathroom and kitchen facilities available,leaving tv on seemed strange and control for volume etc. not working,but overall very good.

Lovely house in a very quiet , well maintained residential area. Very clean, well equipped, great for us as a family, in the area for a family wedding. Easy to get to.

The weather, everything else was good.

Guests: myself, husband and two autistic children. Location: This house is in a lovely area of Tamworth. A very quiet cul-de-sac and easy to find. Not far from supermarkets. And deliveroo are great at getting whatever take away you want to it in swift time.  Please be mindful when staying during the week. We believe there's a childminders next door and they shouldn't have to hear loud guests. But as with all children. They can be a bit loud themselves. This house was the perfect distance from drayton manor for us and we didnt have to travel long to get two very tired boys back to their beds. 3 including my husband. The house: We  couldn't believe just how big this house was. The pictures don't quite show it. It was clean and welcoming. Having everything we could have possibly needed. Beds were comfortable and the bath tub/shower was a hit. Our children loved the jacuzzi bath so much! The smiles on their faces during it was worth the trip alone. The giant bed was also very well loved by myself. I could star fish to my hearts content and my husband could sleep there perfectly too. Communication: Daran was amazing at keeping us informed about our upcoming trip. He messaged again when we arrived and when I had a question about something in the house. He  spoke to me on the phone. Wonderful host!

That we couldn't stay longer because we have to get back to everyday life. Booo.

"Big house, very clean, quiet area and spacious. Would recommend"

Very clean house with good facilities. House is in a very quiet and safe feeling cul-de-sac, so very peaceful. Rooms all good sized, kitchen well stocked. Would be perfect for families or two couples. Strong wifi, and nice smart TV. Garden seems nice for the summer too. Will be staying again.

Only downside was the pillows were very flat so had to triple-up to get a comfy sleeping position.
