A large room with a big bath and shower. Breakfast was nice.

Not enough bins for your rubbish. Sofa-bed was not made up and they didn't ask me if I wanted it as we sleep in separate beds due to health issues. Very steep steps leading to apartment. Very noisy at night and in the morning due to sleeping in the basement staff walking around all night and in the morning.

Good location for High Barnet high street. Friendly staff. Quiet location. Excellent breakfast.

No lift, but staff did take my case to the top floor on check in.
