Sauber, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Bett war sehr bequem.

Wenn man ausgecheckt hat und man die Therme noch benutzen will muss man eine Tageskarte kaufen. Fand ich nicht so gut :(

Super polopenze, spa skvělé, pokoj prostorný čistý.

Přístup personálu - naprosto neochotní nepřijemný personál. Neusmály se a nezeptaly se na konci pobytu jestli bylo vše v pořádku. Nefunkční klimatizace bylo mi řečeno že pokud mi je teplo ať si otevřu oknu. Za celý pobyt mi nešla asi 6x karta od ubytováni.

Das Wetter

Das ein Hotel Zimmer mit Klimaanlage anbietet, diese aber Zentral abschaltet und diese trotz Reklamation wegen 28 Grad im Zimmer nicht einschaltet, das finde ich ist ein Vertragsbruch, das Essen beim Abend Buffet war lauwarm, im gegensatz zur letzten Buchung hat sich das Essen durch nicht Fachgerechte Behandlung Qualitativ sehr verschlechtert.
