My experience at Valley Extended Stay (VES) was amazing. Most hotels or rental properties have check in times around 3 or 4pm, but VES allows you to check in at 1pm, which is great if you need a place to put your things earlier than the typical check in times. The front office staff were all very friendly, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and they even stocked utensils and plates! I was very satisfied with my stay there, and will definitely stay there again if I’m ever in the area.

We have stayed here several times. The suites are always clean and comfortable. The only things that could be improved are lighting options (overhead lights are good but reading lights are needed), the vinyl on the sofa in our suite was dry-rotted, so it could probably use recovering or replacement, and an extra hand towel in the bathroom would have made our stay ideal. Overall, very good! Will be returning in the future.

We were absolutely impressed with this facility and the staff! Everything was clean, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very personable. The room was a nice size stay for our two week vacation. We had almost everything one would need in the suite we had. While this isn't a complaint, more like an idea of things to add to make the stay better. The kitchen was lacking a baking sheet and/or pizza pan, casserole and/or cake pans to cook pizza, roasted vegetables, etc for those of us who do make our own meals while on vacation. It also would've been nice to have smaller bowls for cereal or ice cream available rather than larger soup bowls. I would also like to recommend adding a broom and dust pan option be available in the room or several that could be requested in the office to use for us on longer stays. Just a few things I can see being helpful for future travelers. The bed was nice and comfortable, while I do prefer a much firmer mattress, this one did just fine without issues. If you have back issues, I highly suggest bringing a firmer and thicker mattress topper to place on the bed when you get there. The suites are located perfectly with easy access to the interstate, local shopping, grocery stores, hospital, etc. It's definitely worth staying for long trips. We will definitely be staying here every visit iver the next four years until we move to Virginia.

The place looks like it is newly renovated. The only bad thing was the smell of fresh paint. It was very spacious & comfortable, almost like an apartment. Only complaint is the bed was not comfortable. Seemed like a cheap thin mattress. Otherwise it was very nice & would stay here again.

Very clean rooms and well kept exterior. Limited supplies in the kitchen and no bedding for the futon bed in the living room. Had to wait 20 minutes for the staff to return to the front desk so we could check in.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed, and the fridge was cold and ready for my food. I used the iron and it worked great. Bedding and towels were clean. The walls seemed thin, and I was afraid my neighbors might keep me awake, but this was not a problem--I went right to sleep and slept until my alarm, which rarely happens. Signage could be more visible from the road--not sure I could have found the place without GPS. But all in all, my stay was completely satisfactory.
