Valley Extended Suites

My husband and I liked the laundry facilities, but discovered there was no laundry soap. Upon checking in, we found that there was a 100 dollar deposit that we did not expect. When booking through Expedia this charge was never mentioned.. Hope to get it back when we check out..

The beds are so uncomfortable, like sleeping on springs! Other than that, it was very clean, front desk was exceptionally kind and accommodating.

Rooms were clean and layed out well.

Clean rooms, lots of amenities, friendly staff, highly recommended for a short term or long term stay!

Staff was very friendly and room was clean. Bed could have been a little more soft but still satisfactory. Some noise from the road nearby. Overall, good experience and would stay again.

We had a late arrival. We called the property in advance and they provided clear instructions as there is no 24/7 desk manned. It went very smoothly. I don't know anything about the area surrounding as we came in at 11pm and departed before the sun came up. Our room was clean and well maintained. If there was a negative, there were no extra blankets or pillows and without a 24/7 desk I didn't want to have to continue to call the after hours number.
