Oda ısıtma sistemi çalışmıyor oda soğuktu,görevliye söylediğimiz de ekstra yorgan verilebileceğini söyledi enteresan şekilde.sabah banyoda sıcak su akmıyordu. Gece 01 sularında otele döndüğmde içerden otel ana kapısı kilitliydi ve görevliye geldiğimizi duyurmaya çalıştık. Chek in saatinden 2 saat önce girme talebimize 50 leva ekstra istediklerini söylediler, Çok kötü hizmet ve tsisdi
