Theblocation was very good and clise to the beach and restaurants. Even if small, the studio was well arranged. Staff was polite, even if communication was by email only.

The vacuum cleaner was full. I told the owner.that maybe sac needs to be changed (în the box was a big pile of hair and dirt), they said yes but didn't happen. No mop, I announced, it was not brought. No broom. I was not able to clean the floor during the stay of 9 nights, and it had sand on it. When I opened the door from one closet, some chairs felt on me. it could have happened with one of the kids. One of my kids remained locked în the bathroom, as the oor handle felt- I was lucky that I could fix it and opemed the door. The door was fixed the next day. The fee for late check out (at 6 pm) was there quarters of the amount for one night. Actually, on the invoice appeared "one night extension"

Messy and dirty surrounding. 48 stairs, no elevator, really undercleaned... checked out a day earlier. Couldn't manage to function the shower

Fantastic location. Good communication with the owner.

Internet problems all along my first day until late at night. Car park remote was not in place, so no parking until late. Tiny bedroom.

Good location, very central

Aircon doesn’t work. Blinds in master bedroom didn’t work. Very dirty on arrival, dust on floor/under bed. No kitchen utensils. Had to open windows as aircon broken and very noisy outside until late at night and very early ever morning. Not a comfortable stay

Was hard to reach by phone, Sofa was dirty, there was no basic tea and coffee bags Some things wasn’t working like the curtain that got stuck When i contacted the team about the tea and coffee they said they don’t provide any, when i complained about the sofa they said rhat they checked before the checkin and it was clean 🤷‍♂️ so no support also
