I loved everything, quiet and peaceful stay. Nearby stores. Hotel had amenities like continental breakfast, pool, weight room, outdoor bonfire, outdoor seating smoking area, indoor seating, coffee, washer and dryer area. Rooms had spacious bedding, kitchen area with cooking equipment. Sofa bed and beautiful shower restroom. Staff were helpful and hospitality was great. I will definitely come back. again. The best hotel for peace and quite restful day.

The current TripAdvisor rating of 3.2 is spot on. Expected better from a Marriott/Westin. Pros: - Front Desk Manager was friendly- quickly checked us is without issue. - Breakfast was good, better than most budget options. - Bathroom toiletries were good quality. - Convenient location off 287- close to Palisades Center with restaurants, movies, and shopping. Cons: - Located next to train tracks- be prepared to hear train whistles throughout the night; add highway noise and it’s definitely not for light sleepers. - Despite being an extended-stay hotel, our 2 queen plus pullout room was surprisingly small. - Parking lot is weirdly small and poorly designed. - Welcomed at the front door by an overwhelming cloud of pot. - Pullout sofa was old-school springs and bars- need to upgrade to memory foam versions in Res Inns and MVCs. - Had to ask for sofa bed linens & pillows then received a dirty comforter. Fell short compared to most Residence Inn, Staybridge, & Homewood hotels.

My suite was great, extremely comfortable with an almost full kitchen. Slept very well. Breakfast - missing only sugar free syrup - was excellent with bananas, non-dairy milk, good meat, and French toast made in front of you. The front desk let me check in an hour early. I heard from somebody he had a little trouble with hot water. Mine was out for a few seconds but mostly good.

Front desk Rohit, was incredibly kind and attentive. It was very clean and comfortable. At one point, my air stopped working and they switched my room. It was a pleasant experience. My 6 year old niece stayed with me and loved the pool as well.
