It was a decent hotel but limited breakfast and handicapped rooms are not really handicapped equipped as the beds are entirely too high

Super clean. Staff was friendly. Fitness center is well-equipped. Comfy bed and lovely room. This is my second time staying here and I will return to this same hotel every time I am in the area for business.

Would be great except somehow the reservation I booked with expedia fir 566 dollars total, the hotel insisted on having my card on file for “room charges” even though I had no intention of charging anything. After checking out and heading home, the hotel charged my card 3 times. 266, 216, 292. Created quite a mess and shouldn’t have happened.

"This hotel was a great stay!"

The breakfast would have been wonderful if it had been hot. They had it on a warming plate, but it was luke warm. The coffee was great.

The parking lot was full of spotted lantern fly's. This is an invasive species that needs to be killed. I reported it to the State.

Most comfortable bed ever. Convenient location. Reasonable price. Best stay of my cross country trip so far.

EV car charger was not working, but there are other chargers in the area.

We loved our recent stay with my husband and 2 kids at Element Spring Valley! The hotel is lovely. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was fresh and made to order. Room was big and nicely air conditioned. The staff was very accommodating. Special thanks to Bilal and Youdish! Best staff around! Definitely give this hotel a try when ever you are around Nanuet! And stop by Rockland Bakery nearby for a really cool experience, as well!

"Great hotel in Rockland County, NY"

Great property, clean and modern, rooms very large and nicely set up. All staff but especially front desk were exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful. Hotel is happily dog friendly.

The breakfast is just ok- tasty but just same little egg frittatas or egg whites wraps everyday.
