Bett und Handtücher waren sauber

Die Lüftung im Bad ist wohl schon seit Tagen ausgefallen gewesen. Daher war es schon bei Ankunft sehr heiß im Bad mit deutlichem Modergeruch. Inklusive schwarzem Schimmel auf den Fließen. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig. Man bekommt ungefragt eine "Willkommens" WhatsApp Nachricht. Allerdings könnte man da die EINE nützliche Info rein packen, was man natürlich nicht gemacht hat: Man muss einen Online-Checkin machen, um einen individuellen Tür-Code zu erhalten. Für Eingang und Zimmertüre.

Lage des Hotels.

Frühstück gebucht und bezahlt, Es würde jedoch kein Frühstück angeboten. Rückerstattung bis heute nicht erfolgt. Keine Kontaktaufnahme möglich. Bett schlecht. Dämpfer bei Lifttüre im Erdgeschoss defekt. Tür knallte zu und war wie ein Donner. Schlechteste Unterkunft die wir je hatten.

Nicht weit vom Bahnhof und nah am Milaneo Einkaufszentrum
