"Never going back"

The room was ok

Being next to a main road and a railway line , it was like being next to the M25, although the hotel supplied ear protection , the staff could have been friendly oh and when we arrived the hotel was closed all day Wednesday, so no restaurant or refreshments . I was not aware of this and could not find anything on the booking form to say so .
