From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was top-tier. Quila at the front desk welcomed us with a big, beautiful smile and a kind heart. She was not only accommodating but genuinely caring and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel like family, not just guests. Jamila in the kitchen truly went above and beyond with breakfast—making sure my girls and I were well taken care of. She didn’t just do her job—she did it with joy, grace, and attention to every detail. Her warm spirit lit up the breakfast area and left a lasting impression. Mika at the front desk was the picture of professionalism. Friendly, efficient, and respectful—she handled everything with ease and made sure we had what we needed at every turn. These ladies—Quila, Jamila, and Mika—are a powerhouse team. Courteous, professional, and full of positive energy. They represent the Hampton Inn brand with excellence. Everyone especially the young lady that checked us in was wonderful. It was me and my 20 year old son and his service dog. I showed my son's dog's service dog ID and there were no questions asked.

The conditioner bottle in the bathroom was empty. Everything else was great.

Honestly, the whole Hampton Inn experience was excellent!! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The building inside and out was very clean. The bed slept great! The ease of check in and check out.
