Very clean and comfortable

I liked the property

Small beach front, was not in the crowded tourist beach area, which were 20 minutes away by scooter. The lap pool was nice and they cleaned it everyday we were there. We booked for three days, and then we upgraded to a private bungalow for just a couple of dollars more per night. Security was 24-7! I would stay again. staff was friendly and helpful.

Their restaurant was OK, not great, just a bit pricey. It was good to have transportation since most restaurants and stores were a ways away.

Staff was very nice, food in the Restaurant was affordable and delicious (kinalaw) beach at Hightide gave a nice refreshment, many places to relax, Overall a very good ecperiance

Walking on the beach at sunset and low tide was very relaxing. The staff is very helpful and the food at the breakfast and dinner was good.

The room I had overlooked the main road so it was noisy at night. There are other rooms that have better quieter locations which when staying here I would recommend upgrading too.

I loved the rooms and the view, also its super close from the port/ferry.

The location is far from the heart of the city, we fell asleep and woke up around 9pm to have dinner and there was nowhere to get food anymore and no tricycles around too to get us to San Juan. We ended up sleeping hungry haha far from everything else. Also they didnt accommodate early check in, no mode to contact them too once you book them here like no phone number or something

Ocean, mostly quiet, private patios, friendly staff, lap pool.

Weak internet, it was good enough though.

The restaurant was good. The staff were nice and helpful.

Not the responsibility of this hotel is the beach that has too much trash going towards the town and port.
