Rainbow Bay Beach & Dive Resort

Super friendly staff, spacy room, quite and close to the beach.

The aircondition was very loud, the closed too early, the water pressure was bad. The food could have been better. We missed a fridge in the room.

Pool size was great, Staff were friendly

No fridge, No bed doona/blanket, No toiletries, Frosted glass panel entry door so no privacy. A little pricy for the Island, with the facilities fair rate should be 1250P for standard rooms. Location was far from everything so you will need a motorbike, rent from pier at 300p/d,

Lap Pool! Restaurant handy. Sea in front w/lounge chairs. Very nice cottage. Great staff.

A bit far from sari saris. Meals do add up.

The views over the sea, the swimming pools, the lovely service, the good food at the restaurant… it was all perfect

Absolutely nothing. I unfortunately got sick while there and the staff were so nice bringing me soup and white rice and making sure I was ok

The bungalow had a nice oceanfront view.

The particular bungalow we were staying in did not have air conditioning or mosquito nets. The mosquito nets would have been important as there is a gap between the roof and the walls. The room with bunk beds got very warm on the top bunk and the beds had just a sheet over plastic wrapping on top of the mattress so made a lot of noise with any subtle movement. Additionally, there were dents in walls, caving in floor boards and the shower light didn't work. The shower is a wet room and the rain shower (the only part that has heated water) had minimal water pressure. Mosquitoes were a big issue where we applied mosquito spray at night and still got bit. Other bugs were seen, such as spiders in light fixtures (the outside was inside). Breakfast was not included in the stay. Separate to this, the hotel is a bit far from San Juan where most restaurants and night life are. This was important as the restaurant at the hotel closes early 7.30-8 and room service was unavailable. However, the staff were lovely and accommodating. The bungalow once again had a great view and was a wonderful spot for stargazing. Honestly, more of a hostel experience for hotel price and felt not as advertised.
