Want to check in at the front desk? You don't have that privilege, because there's no one at the front desk. Want to check in electronically? You can't, because you need some special code, that you'll never get. Want to call customer service. 2 local numbers don't answer when I tried to do a very simple, but important thing for every traveller - check in. You have to be a VERY special guest to check in, or ask stuff from resto, they can help you. Even when you check out of that special place in the morning, there's no one at the desk to say "thank you, goodbye" to.

Vi hade önskat skilda sängar vilket inte uppfylldes. Restaurangen var abonnerad och vi kunde inte få mat. Bra om det hade informerats i förväg. Otydlighet på parkeringen gjorde att vi fick böter trots betalning!!

Det var mycket komplicerad att få igång tv:n och se på vanliga kanaler. Vi var utan tv i 5 dagar. Sätter man på tv:n då borde man direkt kunna komma till vanliga kanaler iallafall. Mycket synd att receptionen är helt obemannad. Kunde man inte ha nån där ett par timmar om dagen på bestämda tider? Nästan all information var på engelska. Det hade varit mer logiskt att ge information på svenska i första hand.

Great price, clean, safe area with good room facilities. Near local supermarkets, 5 mins by bus/20 walking, so can use cooking facilities. Transport into Stockholm easy using local transport. Restaurant on site was good, including takeaway service. Climbed town hall tower for views, Natural History Museum great for young children.

Very warm room- make sure you switch off the underfloor heating via control panel by door. Needs a bit more consistency in catering equipment in room- no cork screw!
