Todo espectacular. La caminata de la mañana con Jonier fue mágica. La comida es totalmente deliciosa, el café perfecto. El personal súper queridos todos.

The property itself is beautiful, with an amazing view that we truly enjoyed. Love that there are plenty of fruit options for breakfast, consistently warm water for the shower, refillable drinking water available, and a jacuzzi with a view. Also, Luis, the receptionist, was welcoming, friendly, informative, and very attentive, which made a great first impression.

There were a few disappointing experiences during breakfast service. We asked Julie at reception if it was possible to substitute French toast for something simple like tortillas with avocado or potatoes, since my partner is vegan and had already eaten plenty of fruit. The request was declined, which felt very unaccommodating—especially considering some guests with dietary restrictions such as diabetes, food allergies, etc. Additionally, my partner asked both a female kitchen staff member and Julie, the receptionist, twice in the same morning for our latte, but we never received one. After finishing breakfast, I finally asked a male staff member named Mikel, who promptly brought us our lattes. Unfortunately, it seemed like the kitchen female staff and the female receptionist were more focused on chatting than being attentive to guests. Lastly, the sauna was not working during our stay, which was another letdown.

A peaceful, beautifully designed retreat with comfortable spotless rooms and surrounded by breathtaking nature. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making the whole stay feel effortless. Every detail from the atmosphere to the service was exceptional. I left feeling refreshed and I should've booked more days here. Will return back for sure.

The hotel is amazing, its location is so beautiful, and it brings calmness. We loved it. The jacuzzi is also great, even if it is raining, it is so good after a day of hiking.

WiFi is close to non-existent. In our room, we could hear our upstairs neighbours walking, taking showers, or walking down the stairs. Showers are weird, hot water comes and goes, and since it is chill in the mornings, it could be quite unpleasant. Foo din teh restaurant is good but overpriced.

El entorno es espectacular y tienes mucha oferta de tours. Las vistas son insuperables es un rincón de tranquilidad

El wifi no funcionaba bien. En la habitación no llegaba y en el comedor iba muy flojo y a ratos. El baño no tiene mucha iluminación si te quieres maquillar.

La ubicación es espectacular, el paisaje es maravilloso. La amabilidad del personal. El camino a Salento por el bosque es fantástico!

Todo muy bien, solo quizá instalar agua caliente en el lavamanos (la ducha si tiene agua caliente 👍🏻), dado que el agua es algo fría.
