Hotel staff very helpful

Exceptional customer service, 👌 Staff are very polite.

Not clean, the windows are dirty, the windows sill, dirty, inside the room very bad smell.

Reasonable value for money, nice and clean although a bit tired round the edges. The people running the hotel and restaurant were very polite and efficient - my evening meals came out at a speed that I'd not previously experienced and were good. Breakfast was continental with the offer of an omelette - there wasn't a huge selection but it was perfectly adequate.

A couple of very minor things - the door card had a certain knack to it to get it to register and open the room lock - it wasn't so bad that I actually did anything about it though. There also weren't that many people staying while I was there so breakfast and dinner were somewhat solitary experiences but that's not a fault of the hotel or restaurant.

The convenient location for our trip

The room was way to warm I could not get sufficient sleep, not my husband so maybe air conditioner or the possibility to unplug the small Fridge, as that seem to be the biggest source of heat

The room was quite dark, the lights were not enough to work properly fr the room. It was also a bit cold in the room.
