SORANO Hotel

This is one of the best stays in Japan we have experienced. We are a family of 4, with 2 young children aged 2 and 4. From the moment we drove into the carpark, to the check in service, late night request for a diaper bin, until the very last moment we left, Sorano gave us a warm welcoming and relaxing feeling with excellent service. We are already saying next time wehn we visit Tokyo we will come back.

新しいホテルなんで綺麗は当たり前。 サービスがいまいちでした。 Spaの利用をしましたが、パパが娘をpoolに連れて行ったのですが、女の子５歳と７歳の子どものお着替えを母が女子更衣室に入り、手伝うだけでspa利用料金を取られます。こんなこと、世界中旅行していますが聞いたことありません。 フロントでは3泊しても、お客の顔を一切覚えてなく、何度もロビーで「チェックインですか？」と尋ねてきました。いい加減に、お客の特徴覚えてもらえませんか？と、いいたくなる。 レストランはお野菜料理は美味しいですが、魚料理は不味いです。是非、お野菜をお楽しみください。 リネンは安いビジネスホテルと一緒です。 デザインだけがカッコいい...という印象です。

Our stay at the Sorano Hotel was amazing! The hotel is located in an extremely convenient location, and equipped with everything a traveller can dream of, amazing pool, preserved park, kids/pets friendly, and nicely finished interior.

When we check in, the reception didn’t tell us we have free coupon and parking. Until I asked later. They didn’t mention the coupon can be used for beverages only so we used the gym and thought we can deduct 1200 yen. We checked out we were asked to pay for the gym service. I felt the hotel was overcharged.

非常に快適

周辺に食事ができるお店が多数あり良かった。都心から遠いが交通網は良いので不便はない。

ラウンジサービスはとても便利でよかったです。 スパの利用方法はちょっと分かりにくかったですが、冬の季節なのに暖かいプールに浸かって富士山が見えたので満足です。

とても綺麗で、お部屋も広く周辺環境も色々と見るところもあり、とても満足な滞在でした。また利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

This is a great hotel with a rooftop onsen. The rooms are modern and very spacious. I enjoyed the dinning options, especially the amazing breakfasts options! The location is excellent with easy access to many dining and shopping options.
