it was located a good place for staying. So it was nice to have lots of good restaurants near by.

Excellent modern property. Even though the room was small, they did an excellent job fitting everything into the space with plenty of storage, kitchen, sink, large fridge, closet, etc. all modern equipment. Bidet was better than most hotels. No complain in functionality despite the small space. The only complains are: (1) noise insulation, can hear neighbors (2) heated floor seemed to take temperature above thermostat temperature, we had to turn on the AC

It was value for money - a suite more than 4 times the normal room size, with a jacuzzi and balcony, for under USD120 per night, including breakfast for 2. The buffet breakfast was also decent for the price. Concierge services were uneven, but one of the men at the front desk was very helpful - he gave advice on our day trip to Naejangsan and ensured that the taxi driver knew exactly what we wanted by translating our requests in English to Korean. The staff who came to our room to fix the safe also tried his best to help us, on our request, to change the language setting for the TV set. The staff at the hotel’s restaurant were also helpful and courteous even though they had to deal with full houses on the two mornings we were there.

The following are areas for improvement: 1. The elevator system could be more efficient. We had to wait quite long for our turn every time because the elevator car was programmed to traverse down to the ground level and then up to the highest floors before returning to pick us up on the 7th floor. Its lack of speed did not help to make our waits less painful. 2. The switch system in the room could be more intuitive, or the switches should be labelled clearly. It took us quite a while to figure out ourselves which each switch was for. 3. The language setting for the TV set should be more easily accessible as we could not understand the Korean language in its written form. 4. We appreciated the wide range of local channels, but international and regional news channels were missing from the TV offerings. We would have liked access to, e.g., CNN, BBC and CNA, to keep up with the latest developments internationally and in the region.

숙소 깔끔하고 좋아요. 다만 주차가 너무 불편해요ㅠ

상무지구에 있는 호텔이라 주변에 즐길거리와 음식점들이 많아서 좋았고, 시청하고도 가까워 시청앞 숲에서 조깅하기도 좋았어요.

위치도 좋고 깨끗하면서 주변에 식당도 많아서 좋았습니다

The price and location were great for a 3 person room, facilities were good too.

The room was smaller than the photos would suggest.
