Habitación muy sencilla y muy pequeña, no tiene estacionamiento y la chapa da muchos problemas por mal mantenimiento. El precio con la oferta fue muy ecot, pero sin la oferta no vale la pena el hotel.

El Personal Es Muy Agradable, Amable, Educado, Profesional, Etc.. Sin Duda Recomiendo Este Lugar Para Hospedaje, El Café De Las Mañanas Está Excelente y Exquisito Saludos!!!!

Excelente Hotel muy Familiar, limpio y servicial. La instalación es muy bonita y cuenta con un área de mesas en donde las usamos, tomar café con el que cuentan por las mañanas… tiene servicio de Internet muy bueno en las tv de igual manera… solo pediríamos más cobertores o colchas para el frío de san Cris. De ahí todo excelente

I had an issue with the number of towels provided , we were 6 and we were only given 3 towels. Hotel staff expected us to “share” and after a long conversation and contacting Expedia agents they reluctantly agreed to give me 2 more.

During our recent stay at this hostel/hotel in Mexico, we experienced a mix of positives and some notable drawbacks that future guests from North America, or anywhere else, should be aware of. Pros: • Architecture and Vibe: The architecture was particularly interesting, giving the place a unique and cool vibe that stood out. The design elements were thoughtfully curated, making the stay visually appealing. • Comfortable Bedrooms: The bedrooms were quite nice and comfortable, contributing to an overall pleasant stay.

Cons: • Power Supply Issues: One significant downside was the inconsistent power supply. Devices like hair dryers barely worked, and phone chargers took significantly longer to charge. • Room Service and Cleanliness: We had to request for our rooms to be cleaned and for fresh towels, which was inconvenient compared to regular hotels where these services are automatic. • Food and Drink Restrictions: There was a restriction on bringing food or drinks into the room, which can be inconvenient for guests. • Payment Methods: Despite displaying signs that they accept various credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Discover, we were told they preferred cash. The only credit card accepted was American Express, but with a 20% surcharge. This inconsistency and preference for cash transactions were problematic for budgeting and security reasons. In summary, while the hostel/hotel offers a unique and visually appealing stay with comfortable bedrooms, potential guests should be prepared for power supply issues, the need to request room cleaning services, restrictive food policies, and potential challenges with payment methods. These aspects are crucial to consider to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
