"Horrible stay"

close to train station, shopping and restaurant

Very straight forward rules, I arrived 5 minutes before check in, even though nobody at that time, they asked you to come at 15:00😵‍💫 Similar, if you check out late, you will be charged for 10000 yen😡 Moreover, there is no facilities at all, there is no bathroom except inside the onsen. People are restricted to have access until 21:40 if you don’t have a reservation of private onsen 😵‍💫 Inside Onsen, it’s just hot water but not real hot springs 🤦🏻‍♀️ and there is no supplies provided in the change or after bath area except a hair dryer 😡

由布岳を眺め、湯の坪街道散策に適し、非常に雰囲気のいい宿でした。 部屋にトイレ、風呂ないのは気になりませんでした。 時間を仕切って温泉貸切、朝食の時間選択は評価出来ます。落ち着いて泊まれました。

飲み物サービスが故障なのが気になりました。

Es muy bonito y bien ubicado. El personal es muy amable y tiene 3 onsens diferentes que se pueden reservar en privado o que son públicos a ciertas horas. La habitación era muy grande y el desayuno tradicional japones muy completo.

No es el futon mas cómodo en el que he dormido, aunque era muy calentito
