Claude the host is amazing and very accommodating. Nice food options nearby. The property is affordable, quiet and safe. There were two power outages (common on the french side I was told) which caused inconveniences. Great mattress, nice kitchen and balcony. Peculiar smell in my unit (had to light incense) and my clothes smelled that were in the closet. I saw a roach in my bathroom and was told that it's common due to damp, warm climate. I was not pleased. Bugs are a no for me.

"Superb"

No breakfast ;very close to the small stores. that had what you would want to make your own. the French restaurants wherever good some great. makes food at home USA wanting. I was on the Dutch side 1 week and French 1 week.

The mattress. was to soft.

Solid 3 stars property! Pros: Manager very attentive Views are spectacular Area is kept very clean Convenient parking Equipped kitchen Cons Rooms can be improved, specially the beds in the loft. No housekeeping for short stays. No beach towels unless you rent them.

"Great place with unbeatable views over Oyster Pond Pond"

If you’re looking for a nice place to chillax on your own private patio overlooking a stunning view of Oyster Pond this is it. Easy secure parking, walkable to some great restaurants but you should have a car to get to the various beaches. Dawn beach is a 15 min walk away. Claude is available to answer any questions, provide recommendations.
