Kind and friendly staff. Best breakfast for a vegan of any hotel I've ever been to. Great location, lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

室内の使い勝手が非常によかった。 空調や、トイレ、バスの使用音も違和感なく、自分以下の人の利用音もほとんどしなかった。室内の，靴エリアと、スリッパエリアがハッキリしていて，良いと思う。 枕も、羽毛と羊毛２つあり私好みで、快適に眠れた。

館内の説明やアメニティの説明が、フロントチェックインの時の説明が、不十分に感じた。 朝食会場が、入り口付近で食べ物のそばを，モーニング利用者以外も通る感じが、して衛生面で、不安を感じる。(モーニング利用していないが)
