It was super walkable to the beach and we had amazing dock access to the lagoon. It was also big enough for our party of 3.

The floors were a little dirty when we arrived but everything else was clean. We were also missing a couple things like coffee filters, and salt and pepper which are normally staples that we were expecting and had to purchase.

It was quiet, not much traffic.

Not enough parking for people who were visiting for a couple of hours. They had to pay $15 per day to walk/get a ride a half mile away.
