Some technical issue - water heater not functioning well during my parent stay, but it is first time for us… as my parent are quite frequent stay there

MYI get the room have no view, The room have so smelly. The towel also have unpleasent smell. I have to hear noise from others room. The foreigner staff stayed at The hotel with same level of guest room. The iron have clthes burn and have Mark at clothes when i'm ironing.
