We travel extensively across European cities and usually stay in 4- and 5-star hotels. Most of the time, we receive exactly what we expect. However, every now and then, we come across a place that truly stands out—and this hotel is one of those rare exceptions. We received far more than we expected. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff provided service of the highest standard, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. What impressed me the most was that my bicycle was ready and waiting for me at 5:00 a.m., despite such an unusual hour. This level of attention to detail and genuine care for guests is something truly special. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. You can feel confident about your stay here—the team goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and well looked after.
