Pakons Prime Hotel

Here's my overall review for this hotel after staying for one night at Pakons Prime hotel. Pro's : The location is so strategic, within walking distance to many restaurants, convenience store, and donuts shop is beside the lobby area. They also provide a small playground for kids, quite good to make my kids busy while i'm doing a check in process. COns : As a Hotel labeled with a Four star hotel. I think a lot of aspects need to improved by Management. 1. Swimming Area : Limited space to seat while watching your kids swimming. 2. The Bell in room is not working 3. The quality of TV is so bad. And the variety of channel is limited.

Literally nothing, all the experience was disgusting and very disappointing

Dont trust the pictures! - the bathroom of the room had small cockroaches all over the floor - the room was not clean and the furniture was really old and broken - the breakfast included is a joke. First of all is not a buffet, they send you a very basic omelette in plastic to your room, that by the way was green in the middle. No way I ate this. - the corridors smell like rotten food or something worse - the pool was GREEN, you couldnt use it I cant even explain how horrible it was the whole experience, they ruined my last day in Indonesia. I needed to ask them twice to change the room, and I literally booked this hotel because of the breakfast and the pool and both things are just a lie.

I liked everything but there’s one thing that I didn’t like. I couldn’t open the window in the room. So, when u shower you’ll have the smell of the shower and moist in the air but everything else was totally fine

our experience during our stay. - good service - the place is clean - delicious food - the menu is large and varied - Restaurant service is also friendly - The cleanliness of the restaurant is also maintained - The hotel has a place to hang out at night with a view of Tangerang city, namely in the cafe on the roof top of the hotel

Hotel is clean and staffs are very friendly, especially for Ka Pingkan she is very helpfull. Swimming pool is also clean and we are all happy to stay and spending the weekend at Pakons Prime. We are stay here for 3 nights and i can say that i surely will return here.

The hallway dirty, need to vacuum.

Hotel was really unclean. Sheets and linen was not replaced from prior stay. No towels provided and had to ask from staff who took ages to provide.. half used soap left in bathroom and it was clear it hasn’t been cleaned properly. Also kept us waiting for more than 1hr for the rooms to be ready. Extremely disappointed with this hotel. Avoid!!!
