The dining options were excellent, especially in Old Town Alexandria. Parking for full-size motor vehicles was very limited.

Perfect accommodations for us for this two night stay. We had hoped to add an extra day but the studio was already rented. Would definitely stay again. Great amenities around the building which would make the stay more enjoyable including common areas with theater room, penthouse living rooms and balcony.

Kasa is absolutely THE BEST! They are always available to call OR text if there are questions or issues at all. They exceeded our expectations for this trip. We loved the gym, dog park, and the area is so nice. We will ALWAYS stay with Kasa wherever we go if possible!

My husband and I stayed here for two months and it was perfect! Great location, view, and awesome amenities, especially the dog park! We will definitely be staying with Kasa again!

I have mix reviews about my stay, upon arrival the door code wasn’t activated, I called and text the property and could not get in contact with anyone for 15 minutes, which mean I had to stay in the hallway the whole time. Secondly i wasn’t aware the TV was unable to air basic channels which would have been better then smart TV, Roku apps. Lastly I received a text from the property letting me know the next day a floor vender was scheduled to fix the floor issues during my stay. I couldn’t understand why they would schedule repairs while they had paying guest in the unit. I did like the apartment but not able to watch tv without subscription was a major letdown and dampened my overall experience. Not sure if I would stay again because the lack of TV was definitely a deal breaker.
