The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip

The apartment was in a great location. We were able to walk to Llandudno in one direction then walk across to Conwy on the next day. The apartment had the most beautiful views of the estuary and surrounding countryside. The apartment was generally very comfortable, spacious and reasonably well equipped. There was a fabulous French restaurant next door and lots of other facilities within walking distance. Parking was easy. We also used the train station opposite the apartment to come back from Llandudno.

There was no proper information/welcome pack so it was not clear how the coffee machine worked and it was trial and error with the cooker. There was no information about putting out rubbish bins, where to put recycling and the location of the nearest bottle bank. The bathroom did not have any heating - not a problem when we were there but I would imagine it gets cold in winter. I don't want to sound too negative as we really enjoyed our stay.

Location was good for Hot water , comfy beds and lovely view after we found the property due to the road being completely closed off 100 yds from property meaning a 3 mile detour (after several instructions from local pedestrians)and 25 mins to reach it ,WE HAD NO WARNING about the road from the owner or yourselves although the road had been closed for sometime . WE PHONED OWNER TWICE AND LEFT MESSAGE ON HIS ANSWER PHONE THAT SAID HE WOULD RING US BACK ASAP .6 DAYS LATER STILL NO ANSWER .As I was phoning you for help my son came back other wife's phone to help us .

Took us over half hour to find way to entrance down a dingy thin alleyway behind shops (why not just say above ladies clothes shop ,instead of us traipsing up and down street several times .Finally got told where it was by a van driver just as my son phoned wife to tell us where it was from the Internet.There was nothing in your photos about the 20 foot steel fire escape you have to climb to enter property . No instruction booklet to use Hob top of cooker or Firestick T.V .Both took some time to work out . Top rail of stairs was loose at the joint and bit wobbly ,wife thought it could be dangerous and was worried in case it possibly came away with my mobility relying on them ,which meant our 4 night stay was forced to become a 2 night stay No reply from owner still after 6 days of being told by his answer phone he would ring back asap..I have photos to prove Im not lying about these probems I dont think you (random) check these properties before advertising them .I feel we were let down by the owner and yourselves..people with slight mobility should be better warned in description of property no photo of fire escape entrance.

Yes, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Lovely views over the estuary to Conwy. A good base location to discover this coastal corner of Wales.

The off-putting entry. The steep stairs to front door. The bathroom downstairs, bedrooms up is inconvenient. No instructions or helpful notes on TV, or local shops, facilities. The current (Sept. 25) road blockage to Conwy is presumably temporary!?

Lovely Apartment- tastefully decorated. The location was lovely - just facing the Conwy estuary. Deganwy train station is just across the road from the apartment. Good amenities in the kitchen.

The road leading to Deganwy is in construction till November - therefore the bus service does not run through the town. This is inconvenient for anyone planning to use public transport. But the trains are every half hour and can be used quite conveniently. The dishwasher was out of order in the kitchen.

Stairs .

The view was beyond spectacular!! Totally breathtaking! The water, across to the marina, hills and Conwy Castle. It’s a very special location! It is impossible for a photo to do it justice. The way the view changes according to the weather and tides is amazing!! The property is opposite the train station which makes public transport easy. You might think the trains would be noisy but since they all stop there they were travelling at low speed and you can barely hear them. I could park on the street most of the time. But there is an a day carpark opposite for £4. The apartment itself is clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Perfect for a seaside holiday! The kitchen was very well equipped. I have family nearby and I was able to cook dinner for them with no problem. There were some useful toiletries left too. There’s a small grocery shop and pharmacy a few doors away and also a fish and chip shop in walking distance. This is definitely one of the best places I have stayed in for its price point. I’ll be back!

The dishwasher was out of order and if this property had a washing machine, I’d have given it a 10!
