The hotel was very clean and rooms remodeled. Great price.

Very clean, in fact, it feels like it was just built.

This is not a dislike about the property…just a suggestion. Since there is a refrigerator and stove top, maybe offer utensils/plates/bowls for a “rental fee.”

The hotel was very conveniently located, very clean and comfortable. They had all of the necessary amenities (kitchenette with full refrigerator, stove top, coffee maker and microwave,), laundry facilities on site, coffee in the lobby. Staff was exceptionally nice, very clean room and quite.

Construction crew throws trash in the road by the entrance

It consistently stays the same. Meaning its always clean, the staff are always polite and courteous, the manager takes pride in the hotel and it shows. He is very active within the staff.

The construction crew outside the parking lot leaves a lot of trash in the street. This isnt the fault of the hotel but it does clutter the entrance at times.

The hotel is ran by people that care.

It would be nice if the first floor windows on the parking lot side had sheer curtains or blinds to allow for light to come in without people being able to look through the window during the day.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Having a mini kitchen was a nice feature.

No breakfast offering. No one was checking the coffee urns. No receipt was given. One hundred dollar deposit was required. (That was a first.)
