Gave me a price over the phone and when I got there claimed the price did not include my cat, which I definitely mentioned when I set the reservation. On the second day came back to the room to find the cleaning lady taking a picture of my night stand with her phone where I had paperwork and medication prescription bottles, when brought up to the manager he claimed they do this to “document if anything is broken”. I had only been there 2 days and NOTHING was broken on my night stand. Not sure what persona info she was looking for but felt my privacy was compromised.

Really nice room, beds were super comfy, quiet.

I didn't like having to pay $46 extra for my dogs.

Sorry this is a repeat but originally I mistakenly posted my review under a friends account (LOL...) We can't rave enough about how fresh and clean our room was (the lobby and hallways were also very tidy and smelled fresh)!!! The bed and pillows were super comfy. It was just a 2 night stay so we didn't use the kitchen amenities but very impressive. Great if you're going to be in town for an extended stay, but you need to bring your own cookware, dishware, utensils etc. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. There's plenty of well lit parking, and the exterior of the building and grounds were well kept. Can't forget the extremely reasonable rates! If you're looking for "fancy" this isn't the place, but for a safe, clean, comfortable, affordable place to rest at night, this is ideal. If all the My Place locations are of the same standard as Huntersville, the chain can't go wrong!
