Private setting, lovely pool and outdoor area, comfy bed, outstanding service - housekeeping and response to any queries. Super clean.

Only suggestion would be to upgrade standard of towels to match the villa.

Lots of natural light, high ceilings and a super comfortable bed. Beautiful decor and great location.

It was not as spacious as we thought it would be. The stair step length was very high, not suitable for anyone with dodgy knees or older person. Bottom aircon caused windows underneath to rattle, so it was fairly noisy. We used paper towel to alleviate the noise a bit.

Great staff who went above and beyond to look after us. The location was perfect as we were close to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. We will be coming back to this villa.

What a lovely villa in the heart of Seminyak. Quiet and relaxed, with plenty of privacy but still moments away from the resturants and beaches. Villa is a great size for a couple or friends, with two floors you have plenty of space and dont feel on top of each other. Cleanliness was spotless and amenities are great. Pool is a great size, lovely to lounge in on a sunny day when the sun hits the garden.

My only criticism was the hairdryer, it wasn't the most efficient for someone with long thick hair but wouldn't stop me staying again.

Villa is situated behind Seminyak Square, the laneway is full of other villas however our stay was very quiet. Villa pool is beautiful and sun hits the pool all day, for those who like to layout in the sun! High walls around the villa make it private and felt very secure even without security. Great communication from Azi and Ari Villa management, easy check in and check out process. Daily housekeeping if required, given a villa mobile if you want to contact the team. Loft style villa means lots of stairs, however, there is a toilet on the ground level which is great. Aircon is powerful and villa is very, very clean. The villa supplies extra cleaning and cooking supplies. There is a full fridge, cooktop and microwave. Drinkable water is also supplied.

The shower is cold once the suns goes down so get your warm showers in before hand. Otherwise everything is perfect.

It’s very clean and at a great location, loved the coffee machine

No hot water in the shower, and WiFi was weak

We liked everything, especially the villa phone and esspreso machine. Music speaker was a win didn't have to use ours Right near central made it great location

Cook top was awkward to use. A small rice cooker would be sweet.
