ロケーションが良い。向かいにハナサキマルシェがあり、沖縄にありがちな夜暗い感がない。夜もライトアップがされて高級感ある飲食店やワゴン、お土産屋さんがあるのでリゾート気分を味わえる。小道を歩くと美味しい沖縄居酒屋も数軒ある。本部地区を回るのにも最適。美ら海水族館、ジャングリア、瀬底島、今帰仁城跡など。 部屋の中は全ての物が揃っていて、数日滞在に便利。特にガス式乾燥機が便利で、ふんわりすぐ乾くので気持ちいい。洋服は数枚で良かったかも。ベッドも2つあって分厚く寝心地もよかった。
基本的な調味料（塩、胡椒、醤油、油など）があればもっと自炊もしやすく便利だったかもしれない。
