Location and quality were perfect.

The tv did not work and could not be repaired during our stay. We were offered 15% discount as compensation.

Staff and hotel are lovely and ideally located within walking distance of the beach. It has a decent pool, and the food is good. On-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. It’s also convenient that you can briefly park on the perpendicular street to drop off your luggage. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.

It’s a shame that food and drinks aren’t available from the rooftop pool. QR codes on the tables would be a great addition for easy ordering. More umbrellas would also be appreciated, ideally one per sunbed, as the area gets very hot.

Das Frühstücks Buffet war ausreichend, leider ist der Frühstücksraum im Keller, sehr kalt und unpersönlich.

Leider wird man seitens des Hotels nicht darüber informiert dass die Zufahrt zu der Garage über eine parallel Straße erfolgt, da das kurze Anhalten oder parken um die Koffer auszuladen in der angegebenen Adresse des Hotels absolut nicht möglich ist. Es gibt eine Bus- Auto- und Fahrrad Spur, links und recht Allee und Boller, also ein Halten unmöglich, Auch die Erklärung einer Mitarbeiterin von der Rezeption, die mich mit dem Auto in eine falsche Richtung geschickt hat, entspricht nicht dem Standard eines 4 Stern Hotels. Badezimmer, es gibt ein Bidet aber KEIN Handtuch dazu, auch noch nie erlebt. Und die Bar im Eingangsbereich ist zwar vom Stil her ganz nett, aber charmelos...............

The location was amazing, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The style is cool.

the beds were not comfortable at all. They were very hard, and the bedding was wrapped in a confusing way. The pool area felt a little bit disconnected. considering how the decor and the style the hotel is very cool and particular the pool just felt abandoned stylewise.
