Apenas llegamos y nos dijeron que no tenían cuartos, y yo ya había pagado con tarjeta, al final no me devolvieron el dinero :(

Extremely unclean, roaches noted. Room not ready upon arrival. Room visibly dirty. Noted feces in bathroom that was uncleaned.

It was ok for the price but it was very inconvenient I had to switch rooms three times to get a decent room.One room, the air conditioner did worth, the other TV didn't work and the other room had roaches.

The inconvenience of switching rooms, the supervisor, manger or whoever she was is very rude and don't care to fix problem your having orwhat she's say she's going do something but don't. Then you got a couple of workers they will see you standing at the counter but continue to have a conversation on their personal phone. Last but not least they threaten you about propping the doors open when you go out to smoke to take your deposit or be removed from the building. Well if they will fix the doors for a way for their customers to get in we wouldn't have to propp the doors.
