It is an affordable way to stay in the downtown Pismo area walking to most everything. Nothing fancy and room is very small, but fine for us mostly exploring around and just there to sleep and easy location to go back to change clothes in room from day to night. Everything in room was clean, had a mini fridge, microwave, new keurig, and outside ice machine near the office.

I loved how close to the beach it was and to near by restaurants. The unfortunate part, the refrigerator didn’t work, neither of the fans worked, the towels were disgusting. I had to go to Walmart to buy new towels and a cooler to keep drinks and food.

Couldn’t have the tv loud cause they said it was to loud at 3pm and only had the tv at 65 no towels or shampoo can’t leave the door open and when asked for the heater they say o now ur cold they were rude and wanted us to just leave if other rooms were available I would have

Very clean, appears to be recently refurbished. Super convenient location—we never needed to use our car the whole weekend. It is a modest, slightly older property with fridge, microwave, hairdryer. No AC, but at the beach you don’t really need it. We’ll be back!
