You bed matras is soo hard, you cannot have a good sleep on that kind of bed

Everything was exceptional

The treatment from security we waited for a long time to open for us we ended up calling reception

Very secure and centrally located. The change to buffet breakfast was a good surprise

Towels and linen smell clean.

The addess takes you to the back of the property that shows you another hotels name. Hair at the beverage station. Carpets smelling. Rooms are not soundproof, and you can hear everything from the next door room as if they are in your room. The person next door had to be told at 11pm to stop his telephonic conversation as we wanted to sleep. There were no other rooms available. The lady told us we were on the quiet side of the hotel, which was not so. The next morning the same, the room next door had music on and he was singing along and we woke up. Breakfast was cold, the chicken strips and fish cakes and has browns. On check out, the receptionist didn't even ask us how our stay was. She accepted the card and said goodbye.

The property is extremely well kept and neat. The breakfast was also really good,full value for money. There is a lot of security, and the staff are really friendly

The property is not in a good area. We almost turned around and stayed elsewhere. However, once you go inside, you feel safe and secure.
