Parking cost.

New facility, happy hours (especially when it's not crowded), location, and good breakfast.

Early check-in wasn't met as we requested. I understand they can't guarantee it, but they were very good about letting us know about early check-in fees. It took them more than two hours to get the room ready for us, and some items were still missing from the room. It took them too long to refill the happy hour snacks when they ran out.

I loved everything about this facility. It is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at. While there, we booked another trip for the same hotel! The location was fantastic, especially for the price!

The only downside was parking was not included with your stay so you do have to pay an extra fee to park each day.

Breakfast buffet selections were very good, and the seating was comfortable located off the lobby for easy access the staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk staff great met our needs and resolved our issue. The reception in the evening with free cocktails and snacks/hors d'oeuvres and socializing with the guests was nice and they had a nice courtyard you could go out and drink/eat or just relax. The pool area was nice as well.

No complaints after the front desk settled our dilemma of checking in and they were overbooked. Relocated to the downtown location and then returned to the original booking and we were accommodated.

The location was beautiful, the kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed happy hour

The blankets for the pull out bed looked like a dog chewed them, I had to request a new one twice and on the second try I got one that looked better.
